Holobuild docs Getting started

Installing Holobuild

Download it, add it to your world, and open the menu.

In your own world

  1. Download the .mcaddon file from CurseForge.
  2. Open it. Minecraft starts and imports both packs.
  3. In your world's settings, under Behavior Packs, turn on Bedrock Holobuild. Its resource pack comes with it.
  4. You don't need any experiments or cheats.
  5. Join the world and type /holobuild to open the menu.

On a server or a Realm

  • On a dedicated server, add both packs to the server and to its world, as you would any add-on, then restart it.
  • On a Realm, add the add-on to the world before you upload it, or apply it from the Realm's settings.
  • If your Realm is connected to BedrockRelay, adding a pack from Minecraft takes BedrockRelay's own pack out of the Realm. Put it back from the Realm's page on the BedrockRelay dashboard (Add the pack again), or turn on Keep the BedrockRelay pack up to date there and it's put back for you. Holobuild stays where it is.
  • Blueprints and builds are kept inside the world, so they go wherever the world goes. There's nothing else to copy.

Which devices

  • Windows, phones and tablets: yes.
  • Consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch) can't import add-ons like this one into their own worlds. Console players can still use Holobuild on a server or a Realm that has it.

First time in

Type /holobuild, or craft a Holo Wand and use it. Then try your first build.

Haven't got Holobuild yet? It's free on CurseForge, for single player, servers and Realms.
