The Printer

What it does

The Printer places the build's blocks for you, one at a time, from the bottom layer up, each facing the right way. Every block uses up its item, so it's fair in survival. It never breaks a block that's in the way.

Blocks from chests fly out of the chest and into place.

Starting it

1. Choose Printer on the menu while you're building.
2. Choose where it takes blocks from: From chests (your linked chests), My inventory, or both.
3. Set Blocks a second.
4. Choose Start printing. Choose Stop printing to stop it.

Good to know

• When it runs out, it waits and says what it needs, then carries on once you fill the chests.
• My inventory uses what you carry while you're online. Named items and shulker boxes are never used.
• With no chests linked, From chests tells you how to link one.

For operators

• Free: builds without chests or using up anything, up to 64 blocks a second.
• Fix wrong blocks too: replaces wrong blocks and takes away blocks the blueprint doesn't have, whoever placed them. With chests, what it takes away goes into them. Use it with care.
• Fastest a printer goes, in Admin settings, sets the top speed for every printer.
