Holobuild docs Blueprints

Your own structure files

Make a pack from your .mcstructure files, add it to your world, and use them as blueprints.

Make your pack

Everything happens in your browser. Your files are never uploaded anywhere.

Put it in your world

  1. Open the file you downloaded, Holobuild Structures.mcpack. On a PC, double-click it. On a phone or tablet, open it with Minecraft. Minecraft says when it's imported.
  2. In your world's settings, go to Behavior Packs and add Holobuild Structures, next to Holobuild. Already added? Just leave the world and open it again: packs are read when a world loads.
  3. In game, open /holobuild, then Blueprints, then Use a saved structure.
  4. Your new ones are at the top, like New: mine:my_house. Choose one and give it a name. Now it's a blueprint.
Use a saved structure: New: mine:market_stall, New: mine:sugarcane_farm and a structure saved in the world marked New, then mine:food_shop, already a blueprint, without the mark
Your structures in Use a saved structure. New ones come first.

Adding more later

Each new pack replaces the one before. So put every structure you want in it, not just the new ones. Anything you leave out is gone from the pack (blueprints you already made stay).

  • In the same browser, this page remembers your pack, and tells you if a structure from last time is missing.
  • Made a new pack with more structures? Just open it: Minecraft uses the newest one by itself. The old one may still show in your pack list; you can delete it in Settings > Storage.
  • On another device or browser, choose I already have a pack first and pick your last .mcpack. Its structures come back into the list, and you carry on from there.

Good to know

  • The pack has a tiny script that tells Holobuild which structures are in it. It needs no cheats or experiments, and works on Realms.
  • Structures can be up to 64 blocks each way. Bigger ones are listed in red and left out of the pack.
  • Only Bedrock's own .mcstructure files work here. For Java files (.litematic, .schem, .nbt), see Blueprint files.
  • On a Realm or server, upload the pack to the world again after every new download. With BedrockRelay or the link page that's quicker: see Where to do it.
  • Keep your files in this pack, not inside Holobuild's own folder. Updating Holobuild replaces its folder, and they'd be lost.

Haven't got Holobuild yet? It's free on CurseForge, for single player, servers and Realms.
